Let Eric Stamer put his over 25 years of catering experience to work for you! After leaving his pre-med studies at the University of Vermont, Eric moved to San Francisco to attend culinary school. Working in a downtown restaurant and going to school full time gave Eric a great foundation for his cooking career.
In the late 1980s, Eric wanted to return to the East Coast, so he accepted a position at The Inn at Little Washington. He worked for 2 1/2 years. After opening the Bleu Rock Inn and a stint at the Ashby Inn, the Stamer family moved to Charlottesville, where Eric Stamer Catering was founded. A day trip in 1995 to Staunton convinced them it was the right place to settle down.
Along with full-service catering, Eric Stamer Catering is also the home of the famous Wednesday Night Supper Club.
